Liliana Pina

Liliana is a qualified Solicitor, experienced in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. She has acted in complex and high profile claims, having started her career in a boutique criminal law firm and went on to become a key member of the legal team at a top tier London law Firm.  Her background brings a wide variety of experience in all aspects of litigation.

As a core part of the Factor Risk Management team, Liliana has a wide range of responsibilities with a focus on working closely with clients to understand their requirements. Much of this work is distilled into Factor Risk’s market preparation product which assists our underwriters to determine how best to proceed with proposals. Using her experience, Liliana exercises a keen grasp on the key issues ensuring effectiveness when placing risk in the insurance and funding market.

Liliana is also responsible for liaising with providers and clients and maintaining a transparent working partnership between the stakeholders. This essential service supports clients and their legal teams by helping them comply with terms and conditions of contracts which includes support with claims.

Liliana, who is native in English and Portuguese, holds a Practicing Certificate and is taking the Chartered Institute of Insurers professional qualifications. Liliana also holds the company record for shooting virtual Zombies and is a better darts player than she lets on.
