James Wilson interviewed by Insurance Business TV

Head of M&A and Transactional Risks James Wilson was recently interviewed by Insurance Business TV as part of their Big Question series, answering the question “What are your clients and partners most worried about?”

James noted that the current landscape has meant that many of his clients are looking to utilise holistic risk management strategies, allowing them to protect their investments and deploy their capital in the most efficient manner.

Building on this, James stated that managing political and economic uncertainty is vital for his clients as they look to pursue strategic growth across various sectors and jurisdictions. In particular, he observed that many are looking for innovative solutions to mitigate against the various political, economic and regulatory risks to allow them to protect and grow their operations – both domestically and internationally.
